Princess Cruises Debuts Chef Curtis Stone’s Specialty Restaurant SHARE

UPDATE: January 2017, discover the new menu with Curtis Stone’s SHARE restarant – Princess Cruises.

Princess Cruises is collaborating with renowned chef Curtis Stone and his specialty restaurant SHARE aboard Ruby Princess and Emerald Princess to offer guests a singular dining experience. For a supplemental fee of $39 per person, patrons can dine at the restaurant. In addition to SHARE, a “Crafted by Curtis” menu is also available in the main dining room on all ships.

 

Chef Stone has crafted a menu of savory dishes that includes fresh salads, top quality meats, handmade pastas and more. The cuisine changes seasonally and is designed for sharing (surprise!), so dishes are served family-style to encourage connections during meal time. To further reflect this vision, esteemed hospitality designer Jeffrey Beers has created an ambience that is warm, inviting and intimate — making guests feel right at home. Premium quality wines are also featured on the SHARE menu, and include Mischief & Mayhem, Tenuta dell Ornellaia and Dominus Estate.

 

Passengers sailing with Princess Cruises can also look forward to custom-crafted burgers by Ernesto Uchimura, chef of The Salty Dog Gastropub. For those with a sweet tooth, Norman Love has collaborated with the cruise line to present Chocolate Journeys, an exceptional chocolate tasting experience available fleetwide.
