  • pinitbutton Redefining Mexican Cuisine
Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts & Spas and Pueblo Bonito Executive Chef Antonio de Livier hosted PacifiCooks July 12-30 at Pueblo Bonito’s Sunset Beach Resort & Spa in Los Cabos, Mexico. The event showcased authentic Mexican dining through the craftsmanship of some of Latin America’s most popular Master Chefs, as well as culinary artists from Mexico.

Pacificooks is one of the year’s most exciting culinary events in all of Mexico,” Chef Antonio says. “While our focus is on our culinary heritage, we are redefining the authentic cuisine by adding current trends and ideas into the mix. Pacificooks also showcases some of the most famous chefs in all of Latin America, most of whom have studied in Europe and America, so they not only bring their own splash of style to the preparation and presentation, but they also add modern techniques to our traditional cuisine.”

PacifiCooks highlighted the chefs’ ability to redefine authentic Mexican cuisine by adding their own unique twist to perfectly prepared and presented dishes. Among the many activities for guests to enjoy were cocktail receptions, dinners, tastings and wine pairings with Pueblo Bonito Executive Sommelier Juan Carlos Flores. The participating chefs were Paulina Abascal. Guillermo Gonzalez Beristain, Frederico Lopez, Benito Molina, Gilberto del Toro Coello, Enrique Olvera and Ricardo Muñoz Zurita.

  1. It is interesting to see St. Paul, MN
with an Irish Pub or two not listed in the top ten Irish pubs.

Might O’Garas not qualify for a unique experience. It is amazing sight on St Patty’s day.

I guess there may be more Irish folks in Phoenix and it may be based on population. Or perhaps the site owner has no restaurant in the Minnesota area.

    I am not Irish but
