This Brut Nature covers only 24 acres and the vineyards, all estate and located in Cumières, are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics, virtuous viticulture that preserves the character of this terroir. Twenty three percent of the must was vinified in oak and the wine did not undergo a malolactic fermentation. The dosage is 0g/L.
The wine has a pale, yellow color and a fine, persistent effervescence. The bouquet opens up with white peach, orange blossom, apple and spices. The palate is generous and refined, revealing peach, wet stone, lemon zest and well-tamed acidity, all evolving to a long, stylish finish.

Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery is a winery located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. It holds a significant place in the history of winemaking in the Eastern United States, particularly for its contributions to the development of viticulture in the region.
The winery was founded by Dr. Konstantin Frank, a Ukrainian immigrant and viticulturist who believed that the Finger Lakes region had great potential for growing high-quality wine grapes, particularly European vinifera varietals. Despite skepticism from the local wine industry, Dr. Frank persevered and conducted extensive experiments to demonstrate that European grape varietals could thrive in the cool climate and soil conditions of the Finger Lakes.
A fine persistent mousse appears in the glass. The nose has plenty of apple, lemon zest, raspberry and white flowers. The palate is marked by a vibrant mousse carrying the acidity, plenty of red berry fruit and finishing with a hint of sweetness.

Bouchaine is the oldest continuously operating winery in Carneros, a region located on the southern tip of Napa Valley. In the late 1880’s, a Missouri-born settler named Boon Fly planted grapes and fruit trees on the property. An Italian winemaker named Johnny Garetto bought the land in 1927 and farmed it until 1961, when he sold to Beringer. Twenty years later, the dilapidated winery was purchased by Gerret and Tatiana Copeland who made it into a state-of-the art winery.
This gold-colored Riesling offers aromas of white flowers, melon, stone fruit and lemon zest. The palate reveals spiced pear, honey and melon. The mouthwatering finish is loaded with vivid acidity and a touch of minerality.
