Golf Paradise

Golfers get very special attention via a personal caddie who accompanies each twosome or foursome of players, offering course yardage information, bunker raking and divot repair, as well as architectural history and strategy, food and beverage orders and dinner reservations after a round, and making sure any needs (even unexpressed) are met. The Golf Caddie-Concierge Program was crafted to give golfers an experience "in the tradition of the classic, refined, attentive service available at the world's finest private golf clubs." Set at the headwaters of the Florida Everglades, the hotel's 18-hole championship golf course was designed by two-time British Open winner Greg Norman with several holes routing through pristine areas where preserved wetlands and natural woodlands dominate the experience.

The 584 total guestrooms featuring 56 Club level rooms and 66 suites, including two Ritz-Carlton Suites come with five-fixture bathroom, hand painted Italian furniture and top amenities. Treatments were inspired from The Ritz-Carlton properties around the world like the Floridian Sugarcane Infusion and Orange Spice Halawa. There are special massages for golfers and fun manicures for teens as well as lots of classes like Australian Outback Spinning, Salsa dancing and the Hawaiian Hula.

For dining there are six options: the poolside Bleu restaurant and bar; the Golf Clubhouse restaurant and bar Fairways for steaks, seafood and a view; The Lobby Lounge for cocktails, light fare and Afternoon Tea with views of wonderful sunsets, The Spa Café Vitale; The Vineyard Grill and the signature Norman's, featuring award Norman Van Aken's acclaimed New World Cuisine.
