WHITE From the Central Valley region of Chile in South America, this wine is made from single-vineyard grapes from Molina, near Andes Mountain. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine stays for four months in tanks with innerstaves of French oak. Light yellow in color, this Chilean Chardonnay leads with delicate aromas of mandarin orange, apples and tropical fruits. It is fresh and round on the palate with notes of honey, finishing with a clean acidity. This white wine is the perfect accompaniment to salads, soft cheeses, and fish.
