Four Mezcal Cocktail Recipes to Make at Home | Hedonistas de la Fe

By Sophie Gayot

Hedonistas de la Fe produces four different mezcals:
– ESPADIN (Agave Angustifolia), cultivated agave;
– TOBALA (Agave Potatorum), wild agave;
– CUISHE (Agave Karwinskii), wild agave;
– TEPEZTATE (Agave Marmorata), wild agave.
Each varietal embodies unique flavors reflecting the terroir.

Hedonistas de la Fe has created exclusive craft cocktails with the first three. Since the TEPEZTATE is very complex, it should be drunk neat (which I did while I was writing this article; I could not resist its flavorful nose and elegant smokiness on the palate).

• TEPEZTATE Hedonistas de la Fe mezcal is part of GAYOT’s Best Mezcals.
