And dishes come with large lettuce leaves, which you use like bread or tortillas, to wrap up portions and eat them. You’ll undoubtedly, therefore, feel good about your meal choice since it’s healthful and fresh. Hot-pot dishes, usually for two, are cooked tableside on a portable hibachi. A fascinating dish is doenjang, a hot and spicy combination of sliced pork, assorted vegetables and bean paste broth. Two combination plates make excellent choices, even if you’re unaccustomed to Korean cuisine. The barbecued meal includes shrimp, beef, pork, chicken and scallops; the seafood grill encompasses lobster tail, scallops, salmon, squid and shrimp. There’s also an extensive sushi bar and a few Japanese menu items. Waiters try hard to understand you and to be understood and service is quick and efficient.
