Mallorca, located in the ever-popular Warehouse District, offers a taste of Spanish-Portuguese fusion fare. The menu is quite large, but the daily specials are typically the most popular choices. Start with the bite-size stuffed mushroom. Next, try the fragrant and well-seasoned shellfish casserole. All meals are accompanied by saffron rice, Spanish potatoes and a bounty of vegetables. Sip the Spanish coffee and don’t miss the dessert tray filled with fresh pastries, cakes and custards. Service is spotty and sometimes overbearing.
