Million specializes in yakiniku, where diners order raw meats to be cooked on tabletop grills. In this multi-room restaurant, exhaust pipes hang over the beige booths, helping to remove the smoke caused by the cooking. Popular protein options include shoyu marinated short ribs, bulgogi (marinated sliced beef), shrimp and tripe. Local favorites such as meat jun are also offered, along with a variety of soups, sides, and rice and noodle dishes. We recommend the chilled buckwheat noodles with cucumber. Lunch specials are a good value, and it's often less crowded at those hours than at dinner. Service can be inconsistent, but Million offers an affordable way to try a comprehensive Korean dining experience.
