: For casual Italian fare and some pretty decent pizza at modest prices, you’d be hard-pressed to beat any of the area’s Bertucci’s. The décor suggests Italian bistro, and everything is geared to casual fun. First up is the chewy, dense bread---ask for olive oil for dunking---and if service is a bit slow, remember this is a busy, twenty-something place, especially at lunchtime. With so many pizza choices, you’d think that pizza’s the main game, and it’s hard to pass up such tempting choices as the quattro stagioni pie with artichoke hearts, pepper, prosciutto and more. For a change of pace, check out the pastas and panini. For dessert, try a sampler of the three dessert choices: Italian cheesecake, the ubiquitous tiramisu, and chocolate torta. Other locations. |
