Bonefish Grill’s setting incorporates an open kitchen, a large bar, golden hardwoods, hand-blown glass lighting with Gyotaku fish rubbing prints and 3D metal art. The menu features wood-grilled specialties, a variety of market-fresh fish and seafood, and non-seafood items such as USDA Choice filet mignon, Lily’s chicken with goat cheese and spinach, and a pork chop with Fontina. Signature appetizers include ahi sashimi, PEI mussels Josephine and "Bang Bang" shrimp.
