About the restaurant: Celebrity chef and restaurateur Michael Mina has several branches of this posh steakhouse across the country, including this branch at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.
Food & Drinks: The menu includes signature items like tuna tartare, lobster pot pie and black truffle macaroni and cheese. Select from a variety of cuts of beef, as well as Wagyu options. For dessert, Mina substitutes bananas in place of the traditional apples in the tarte Tatin.
