Bratzeit Restaurant Review:
Doris and Gion Lee, from Stuttgart, Germany and Rueras, Switzerland, respectively, along with their daughter Steffi, left Miami in favor of opening their restaurant in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. The atmosphere is shaped by a blue-and-white color scheme and centered by a small bar. The fare is authentic. Berlin fans will enjoy the currywurst, that city's famous street snack. We like the fact that some mains come in two sizes, as the smaller is plenty. Schnitzels may be joined by a choice of traditional sides, including red cabbage or potato salad. Save room for desserts like house-made German-style cheesecake, apple strudel and Black Forest cake. Swiss fondue may be arranged by reservation for a minimum of two persons. German beer --- Warsteiner is on draft --- is the quaff of choice, although a few wines also are available.
