Kailua is the only town on Oahu with plenty of options for breakfast, and one of the best of these is Brent's. The menu offers a ridiculous number of choices, but we've not had anything that wasn't wholesome and hearty. Some dishes are certainly better than others with the eggs Florentine being one of the best choices; in fact, all of the baked egg dishes, omelets and variations of eggs Benedict are first-rate. Not a breakfast lover? Don't worry. The menu offers deli sandwiches and other non-breakfast items. Homesick East Coast natives may go for the pastrami on rye and the corned beef with the requisite sides of potato salad and coleslaw.
