Bright colors, funky art and huge hanging displays of dried chili peppers create a lively atmosphere at this Kirkland favorite. Standard Mexican dishes are given distinctive twists, such as in a wild mushroom quesadilla with goat cheese and caramelized onions, a butternut squash enchilada served with mole rojo, and bacon-wrapped, goat cheese-filled jalapeño peppers. Additional favorites include braised brisket tacos, chimichangas, and chile rellenos with goat cheese and toasted quinoa.
