THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Pizza is the mainstay at Café Roma, which also offers an ancillary selection of pastas, salads and a few other familiar Italian dishes. Spinach is a favorite ingredient---in a salad with tomato, onion and other garnishes, and atop the 14-inch pizza with tomato, garlic, onion and feta. The medium-thick crust has more flavor than is usually found in restaurants of this caliber, and the toppings are done with quality materials. The pleasant-tasting marinara sauce adorns numerous dishes, including many of the sandwiches, which are made with the same dough as the pizza crust. The dining room, a deep, narrow affair of dark woods and exposed brick, is bordered along one side by a bar and the other by tables.
