THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cafe Voila Restaurant Review:
Lunch at Café Voila is an antidote to the workaday world. The quiet and sophisticated bistro with lovely food and conscientious service is run by the husband-and-wife team of Christian and Debbie Tournier. The salade niçoise is a wonderful meal-size plate of fresh field greens tossed with green beans, simple boiled potatoes, red onions and shredded tuna. Tuna makes several appearances on the menu and in each preparation it is delicious; Tournier knows just how to cook the fish for maximum flavor. The quiche is also a fine choice with its soul-satisfying custard, a fine cheesy top and a buttery, dense crust. Meat-eaters should try the steak frites. The wine list is small but comprehensive enough for just about anyone to find a glass to complement their meal.
