Caffè Laguna is an intimate and surprising find in Long Beach, with a centered brick oven that warms the dimly lit restaurant. All ingredients are seasonal, so the menu changes frequently, offering the best of what is available on Long Island. Pizzas may be topped with grilled eggplant, herbed goat cheese or creamy tomato vodka sauce. Signature dishes include the veal chop Laguna, a breaded on-the-bone veal chop with prosciutto, mozzarella and roasted tomato veal demi-glaze.
