The tropical palms, bamboo and red brick in this historic Old Town building reflect the East-meets-West concept of this eatery, one of many in the Fat family empire. The cuisine is a blend of Asian specialties, including Kobe beef stir-fry; lemon grass chicken and saké salmon; and American-style steaks, including rib-eye, sirloin and tri tip.
