: Intimate banquettes flank the cherry-wood paneled dining room divided from the kitchen by a mountain-etched rain window. Grab a drink and a quick bite from the bar menu---the crisp calamari with chipotle pepper dip and the happy hour mini-burgers are must-haves; or savor the dinner menu where wild nettle bisque, crab ravioli bathed in a delicate yuzu butter sauce, and the ever-reliable caramelized spice-rubbed king salmon make an appearance. For the full Cascadia experience, opt for the six-course "here today" tasting menu; also available is the "in the garden" vegetarian option. The wine list, like the kitchen, relies almost solely on topnotch products from Cascadia, the region stretching up the coast from Northern California to British Columbia. It's possible the flashy desserts might let you down, but we doubt that any other course will fail to please.
