Chapultepec Mexican Restaurant Review:

This 24-hour eatery --- except on Wednesdays when it closes from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. --- dishes up Tex-Mex along with five-dozen tequilas and 17 kinds of margaritas. So, yes, it is a place for a drink in the wee hours, but it’s also good for a family lunch and for students from the nearby St. Thomas University who can fill up on combo plates and cheesy enchiladas for very little money. An unusual dish is a baked potato stuffed with Texas chili. The interior is awash in bright colors and bedecked in Mexican curios and booth seating. A shabby yet funky indoor patio, decorated with plastic lawn furniture, has an almost solarium feel on sunny days.
