At this popular Buckhead spot, seafood lovers will find a wide-ranging menu but meat fanciers also are well-served. Appetizers include freshly shucked oysters cooked three ways and steamed littleneck clams. Three soups are regulars: clam chowder, gumbo and crab bisque. Eleven fresh fish selections come grilled. Steak lovers rave over the filet mignon and Kansas City strip steaks that can be combined with shrimp or a steamed lobster tail. The Sunday brunch also gets high marks, and Chequers fans consider these biscuits the best in town. Also located at 236 Perimenter Center Pkwy., Dunwoody, 770-391-9383.
