Chop Stix Restaurant Review:

Chop Stix serves upscale Chinese cuisine in an intimate dining room with low lighting at Atlantis Resort’s Coral Towers. The menu offers everything from noodles to Cantonese beef. Crab Rangoon, pork pot stickers and shrimp ha kao are among the dim sum selections, while entrées range from vegetable and tofu dishes to kung pao chicken, wok-seared grouper with garlic glaze, red curry shrimp and, for the kids, crispy wontons with sweet-and-sour dipping sauce. Desserts such as coconut and mango rice pudding and a deep-fried banana cheesecake have a tropical influence. The wine menu is succinct; specialty cocktails include the Tropical Lotus Bowl for Two made with rum, apricot brandy, mango and pineapple juice.
