Co-Op Café is one of University Circle’s best-kept---and tastiest---secrets. Located above a fitness club, the restaurant is affiliated with a nearby natural foods co-op store on Euclid Avenue. For meat-eaters, “natural” doesn’t necessarily mean “vegetarian,” though there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes available. Free-range rotisserie chicken is perfectly satisfying, as is the turkey meatloaf. Daily specials, soups and desserts are cooked from scratch.
