Part of the larger Cosmopolitan entertainment complex complete with live theater and nightclub, Cosmo Café is a throwback to mid-century modern, with a black-and-white tiled floor, dark wood paneled walls and lively lime green upholstery. The seasonal menu features contemporary takes on American classics. Starters include deep-fried rice and cheese balls and truffled macaroni and cheese as well as a daily homemade soup. Entrées include grilled pork with corn pudding, white sea bass with roasted vegetables and house-made gnocchi in a garlic cream sauce.
