THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Costa's Restaurant Review:
The refined atmosphere of the understated, bi-level room with lots of warm wood trim and terra cotta-tile floors sets Costa's apart from most of the restaurants lining the Greektown strip, as does the better-than-average cooking. The menu is fairly conventional, but almost everything is enjoyable, from the cold combination of appetizer dips to the crema caramela. A few highlights: crusty grilled octopus in a tangy balsamic vinaigrette, sautéed chicken breasts with artichokes and mushrooms, and braised lamb. The speedy service isn't the usual Greektown-gruff.
