THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Delfino Riviera Restaurant Review

: Delfino Riviera is in the Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Studios Escape, so you must valet park, wend your way through the hotel, out the back doors and up a flight of stairs to this sophisticated enclave. But once you’ve arrived, what a treat. The elegant dining room sets the mood for an exquisite meal by chef Massimo Fedozzi, inspired by the cuisine of Italy’s Liguria region and offering only the best: Riviera olives, the finest virgin olive oils and Italy’s legendary wines. You'll want to savor each of the three courses that comprise the classic Italian meal: the antipasti, the primi piatti (usually a pasta dish), and the secondi, the main course. Preparations may change, but you'll find exquisitely fresh seafood, lamb, beef and veal on the menu. There are more than 200 wines on the menu, many from Italy and France. Desserts aren't a strong point. Instead, we recommend you finish with a nice glass of port before you stroll back to your car.
