THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Derailed at The Sage Restaurant Review:

Locals won't recognize Derailed. The restaurant housed inside the Sage Inn has undergone a full remodel that significantly updated this Santa Fe standby from a pedestrian Mexican restaurant to a modern, yet rustic, bar and grill. It has a clean, if rather dark, bar-like ambience with low tables and overstuffed chairs that are designed around conversation, not eating. Regardless, the chef's specialties show the kitchen has chops. Appetizers, including the pork belly nachos and the calamari steak strips, are generous enough to share --- and are equally sufficient as a meal. But it's dishes like the dry-rubbed beef tenderloin scented with cinnamon and chile that hint at the ambition in some of the daily specials. The cocktail menu leverages several local flavors to make, for example, a jalapeño margarita, while dessert favors the all-American ice cream and cookies.
