THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Dixie Kitchen Restaurant Review:

Dixie Kitchen may suffer from its somewhat stranded location between Symphony Hall and Newbury Street, but it’s a shame for anyone that enjoys the no-frills flavors of Cajun food. Primary colors seem to have been assigned at random to the hardwood booths and tables here; the room is dim as a Sin City alley. All the better for food that can range from ho-hum to damn good. Crawfish étouffée, fried oyster po’ boys, jalapeño cornbread and all the other N’Awlins favorites are all there for the taking.
