This large, country-ish brewery appeals to families and couples out for fresh craft brews and American food. Its immediate menu is somewhat brief, but the go-to dishes include the starter pretzels, which are thick, chewy breadsticks, and the deviled eggs. Sandwich choices range from a Gouda burger with smoked bacon and melty cheese to a Dog Money club stacked with bacon, turkey and ham. Fish n’ chips, a rib-eye and pan-seared chicken are among the entrées. While you are working your way through the brews menu, however, keep in mind that the Key lime pie dessert is a must-have. On your way in or out, stop and gaze at the in-house brewing tanks --- that’s where all the good stuff comes from.
