Drink in Boston's Fort Point is part of the Barbara Lynch Gruppo (Menton, No. 9 Park, Sportello, etc.). Exposed brick, granite and wooden beams maintain the industrial vibe of the building, which was formerly a wool warehouse. The kitchen turns out gourmet bar food, such as house-made charcuterie, chips and dip with caviar, and steak tartare with truffle aïoli. Snacks are the focus, but don't expect your traditional fare as Barbara Lynch does everything better. Think more along the lines of bite-sized duck confit pot pies in puff pastry vol-au-vents and grilled scallops with prosciutto and bone marrow. The lone dessert is a s'mores whoopie pie. There is no cocktail menu here; simply tell the mixologists what your favorite drink is and they will create a specialty cocktail based on your taste and flavor preferences.
