El Mexicano Restaurant Review:

Replacing the beloved Bethesda old-timer, Chela's, this carryout features much of the same menu, with a few Central American additions, such as pupusas and carnitas. But if you remember Chela's, you'll probably head towards the enchiladas, tacos, and overstuffed burritos, a carryout dream for folks who crave big meals and little prices. We still love the Super Macho burrito with its blend of beef, chicken, rice, and zesty flavors. There's no place to sit inside, and only a chair or two out front for alfresco snacking, so plan on dropping in here for a late-morning or midday bite to eat.
