American cuisine and regional favorites from around the world are turned out at this Goleta branch of the casual restaurant chain. Vintage travel posters and leaf-shaped ceiling fans lend to the safari theme. Nibble on an order of the quick-fried, soy-ginger calamari while you take a trip around the globe to suit your fancy. You’ll find Korean-style chicken alongside stir-fry, jambalaya and chicken Marsala. You can even build your own burger. Among desserts are a hot apple-blueberry cobbler with walnut butter streusel and vanilla ice cream. The bar’s happy hour makes this a popular spot with local UCSB students.
