THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Emma's Taco House Restaurant Review:

The original Emma’s is a fifty-year-old institution in nearby Yolo County. While this downtown Sacramento outpost lacks that longevity, it offers much of the same beefy Mexican fare. It’s not a fancy place by any means, but it’s a fine lunchtime stop if you’re stuck downtown and happen to need a cold beer and a quick fix of heavy Mexican food. If you’re taking in all those calories anyway, you may as well go all the way: Try the beef tacos, nicely greasy shells loaded up with what must be a quarter pound of hamburger each, or Emma’s fat---and fattening---beef enchiladas.
