Enriqueta's Sandwich Shop Restaurant Review:
Blue and white collars alike can be found around the outdoor order window at this Cuban lunch spot, but service can be slow. Since an interior renovation, it’s now more inviting to eat at a table inside, which is handy for folks who want to have a breakfast tortilla (omelet), weekday lunch special or sandwich. Signature sandwiches include pan con bistec (steak slices with fried onions, potato sticks and melted cheese) and Cuban (roast pork, ham, Swiss, pickles and mustard, pressed in buttered Cuban bread). Platters come with ham, chicken or tuna salad and fries, washed down with a batido (tropical fruit shake). Caffeine comes in forms like the colada (double espresso) and cortadito (half espresso, half hot milk).
