The Fiesta Buffet is situated on the boardwalk level at the Tropicana Casino & Resort, offering a view from its windows looking out on the dunes and passing crowd. The menu is based on American, Asian and Italian favorites. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Fiesta presents a Surf & Turf dinner featuring crab legs, peel-and-eat shrimp, fried shrimp, steamed clams and slow-roasted, hand-carved prime rib. Finish your meal with a slice of the apple crumble. Late sleepers should note that breakfast items are available until well into the afternoon hours. The staff is attentive. Breakfast $18.95 plus tax, Lunch & Dinner $28.95 plus tax. Children dine at half price.
