Fourth Street Shrimp Store Restaurant Review

: Junk and crab traps hanging from the ceiling, old auto license plates nailed to the wall, and the roll of paper towels at each table (replacing napkins) underscore Fourth Street's casual atmosphere. The menu is equally friendly, with loads of shrimp options and good prices --- there's even a less expensive platter option (no sides) for several of the seafood dinner entrées. In addition to shrimp, there is also grouper, salmon, cod and the like. Especially popular are the all-you-can-eat specials: clams on Mondays, snow crab on Tuesdays, shrimp on Wednesdays. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, and white chocolate bread pudding for dessert round out the menu. An Express lunch menu is available from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Drinks include beer, Long Island iced tea, and a handful of wines by the glass and homemade red sangría. For dessert, consider the blueberry cobbler baked into a pastry crust, served warm and topped with vanilla ice cream.
