For those craving quality Indian food, not the cheap, all-you-can-eat buffet, this fits the bill. Here, white tablecloths, attentive service and higher prices reign, and although a lunchtime buffet is offered, the food is a notch above what you’d find elsewhere. The menu is traditional Indian. Start with a tandoori sampler platter, filled with roasted chicken tikka and kebab or roasted Indian farmer’s cheese. Entrées include roasted lamb, yogurt-marinated salmon kebabs and dozens of curries. For dessert, try the Indian cheese topped with saffron milk sauce.
