Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar Restaurant Review

: Optimally positioned adjacent to the Carnaval Court and steps from The LINQ, Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar’s 6,500-square-foot space includes a large outdoor patio offering views of the Strip. The interior has brick walls, wood and steel components, and memorabilia from Fieri’s alma mater, UNLV, while his tattoos are evident as part of the design elements. Begin with the “Guy-talian Fondue Dippers” --- pepperoni-wrapped breadstick twists with a sausage and Swiss cheese dip. Also consider the wings covered in a sweet and spicy sauce, finished with toasted sesame seeds and jalapeños, and served with crushed wasabi peas, rice crackers and peanuts for dipping. Fieri's bacon mac and cheese burger is featured prominently, but we also like “The Mayor of Flavortown Burger," a beef patty topped with crispy pastrami, Swiss cheese, onion straws, Dijon and pickles on a pretzel bun. The restaurant’s drinks menu highlights 16 craft beers, a frozen tap system that pours eight different shots out of iced dispensers, and imaginative cocktails such as the "Southern Rock'r" composed of Wild Turkey Honey Bourbon, lemon sour, raspberries and ginger beer. Finish with s’mores Monte Cristo comprising brioche, graham cracker butter, marshmallow and chocolate with a chocolate and raspberry sauce.
