Small seating areas outside on the porch have nice mountain views. Try entrées like shoyu ginger chicken or kalua pork and cabbage, or opt for a burger or sandwich if you're seeking simplicity. They are served to satisfaction, but the friendly ambience of the joint, large servings and budget prices are the real selling points. Plan to eat early, though, as it closes around 7 p.m., or whenever the entrées sell out.
