Herbert Samuel Herzliya offers kosher Mediterranean cuisine in The Ritz-Carlton hotel. Created in an open kitchen and utilizing locally sourced ingredients, dishes have included salmon tartare among the “Raw” options, as well as artichoke barigoule, pappardelle with veal ragù and a lamb slider with ratte potato wedges.
