There’s beer for the whole family here---a dozen or more microbrews for the adults and root beer for the children, all created on site. Visitors can tour the on-site microbrewery and watch the suds being born. One of the most popular microbrews is the Alligator Ale (appropriate for Florida), mahogany colored ale with a smooth finish. Hops even brews its own root beer. Ale Poppers is a tempting appetizer (six jalapeño peppers filled with cream cheese and dipped into Hops’ beer batter, then served with a spicy pepper jelly). Salads are made with twelve lettuces tossed to order. Other entrées include Jerk Roast Tenderloin is a delicious new addition (pork tenderloin marinated with jerk seasoning and olive oil, roasted and served with a Marsala mushroom sauce).
