Indigo remains likeable for its outdoor patio and go-to dishes like strombolis and calzones. You'll find some unusual choices (Cuban black bean pizza) and there are plenty of vegetarian options, such as the veggie burger, hummus wrap or eggplant lasagna. Comfort food --- Indigo Mac & Cheese, packed with roasted chicken, bacon, spinach, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes ---- gets high marks. Try to save room for a specialty dessert. Service can be inconsistent, but half-price bottles of wine on Mondays and Wednesdays might help make up for it. The biggest draw is the restaurant’s location. The brick patio on the edge of a neighborhood square is still a perfect place for a drink and a bite to eat on a summer evening.
