Despite its flamboyant name, this Rockville restaurant serves up familiar Mexican fare common to most south-of-the-border eateries. What you’ll find are quesadillas and nachos, fajitas and chiles rellenos, and enchiladas with assorted fillings and burritos. But you should keep an eye out for such offbeat offerings as masitas de puerco, a Cuban-style dish of marinated and roasted pork served with plantains, or the carne asada served with a salad. Beyond these, several of the dishes take on a Yankee flavor, with a salmon salad and grilled salmon filets served several different ways. If you have a sweet tooth, you may consider the homemade tres leches cake.
