Folks gather around small or elevated tables to soak in the ambience at this Mosaic District ramen bar. Bowls of noodles come with an array of add-ons: chicken, eggs, crisped noodles, pork, beef and loads of chopped up vegetables. Start with assorted rolls and gyoza, add shrimp tempura or crispy pig ears, and end the meal with mochi ice cream or panna cotta.
