One of three Jones Barbeque joints in Seattle, this popular SODO location offers the well-known slow-cooked brisket, slabs of pork ribs and hearty sandwiches slathered in a smoky tomato-based sauce. Authentic Southern-style side dishes include tasty collard greens with hunks of salty pork and a peppery broth, big chunks of moist cornbread, and seriously good potato salad. Home-baked desserts include a rich sweet potato pie, peach cobbler and bread pudding. Also located in West Seattle and near Qwest Field.
