As the Hilton New Orleans has added more dining options on its ground floor, the hotel's flagship restaurant currently serves only Sunday brunch. As always, the restaurant's great asset is a towering, cantilevered wall of glass offering unsurpassed, close-up views of the Mississippi River. A live jazz band performs, the sparkling wine flows copiously and the buffet and carving stations bulge with traditional hotel brunch fare and local specialties like raw oysters, boiled shrimp and bread pudding.
