Named after the Greek word for city center, Kentro Greek Kitchen's moniker seems well appointed considering its location in trendy downtown Fullerton. Executive chef Konstantine Marougas oversees a menu that features all of the usual suspects, including stuffed grape leaves, spanakopita, flatbreads, pitas and entrées like moussaka and chicken souvlaki. The restaurant also offers a small selection of Greek beers and wines.
