La Rosetta was one of the first restaurants in Rome dedicated solely to fresh seafood, so it’s no wonder it is best known for not only oysters but also the fish displays where patrons can choose their own selection to be prepared to order. Guests may opt for à la carte or try the tasting menus. Experience the chef’s best of the day during lunch to catch the reduced-price tasting for €50, before the more expensive dinner hours. The wine list is ample and well organized, and pairings will be suggested by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't miss out on the ginger-flavored crème brûlée for dessert. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming and the operating hours are quite liberal for Rome, with no closure after lunchtime.
