Located in the Sierra foothills, this restaurant aims to bring cultural diversity to the community by featuring cuisine from four corners of the globe --- from Greece to Africa to the Caribbean --- all served up in a restored Victorian. Dishes include German cider chicken, East Indian curried tofu, and gingered prawns with China peas. Along with a strong selection of vegan and vegetarian offerings, the chefs will do what they can to accommodate additional dietary needs, and many dishes can be prepared non-dairy, low-fat or cholesterol-free.
